Connect peer support groups for mental wellness are here to provide you with ongoing peer support, whenever you need it. These groups are for people not currently in crisis and they are open to all. The groups are available in-person throughout Winnipeg, so feel free to drop in anytime. Whether you attend every meeting or only come when you need support, our compassionate network of peers is here to help. Join us in a safe and welcoming environment and connect with others.
